An introduction to entrepreneurship program that enables girls to build critical 21st century life skills, digital proficiency, self-determined independence, and an understanding of the barriers women and girls face and overcome in seeking to pursue their goals.
Through a 10-week, self-directed program, girls develop business ideas and formulate their business plans with the help of a Girl Boss Advisor, a peer network of fellow Girl Bosses, and a digital community of Girl Bosses from around the world. Girls emerge with an entrepreneurial mindset, digital proficiency, and the confidence needed to solve complex problems.
